IMM is hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.
I got only one book in my actual mailbox this week, but it's one of the BEST weeks ever because that book is....
Shine by Jeri Smith-Ready (finished copy)
Thank you so much, Simon & Schuster! This is one of my favorite series and I'm dying to find out how it ends. I've been in a little bit of a book rut in the past couple of weeks, and I have a feeling that this will be the perfect book to pull me out of it. Shine is set to release on May 1 (which happens to be a day when many awesome books are released, including Bitterblue and Insurgent). I have the other two books in the series in Kindle format, so I'm sure you'll be seeing this book in my IMM again in a few weeks because I want to buy it as an e-book so I can support Jeri Smith-Ready, who happens to be one of the nicest authors in the world.
E-Books (borrowed from my library):
Storm by Brigid Kemmerer - I hadn't heard of this book before, but I checked out a few reviews on Goodreads and now I'm super excited to read it because this book sounds AMAZING!
The Ivy: Rivals by Lauren Kunze with Rina Onur - This is a "junk food," guilty pleasure read, but I'm kind of addicted to this series because I love how it's set in college.
Audiobook Purchase (from Audible):
Carrier of the Mark by Leigh Fallon - I think this was kind of a mistake purchase because I really didn't enjoy this book much. I posted a review for it earlier this week.
What did you get in your mailboxes?
